As everyone is aware the developments of the Coronavirus pandemic are continuing. We are aiming to continue to supply our services whilst keeping in mind the health and well-being of our employees and clients. We would like all our employees, sub-contractors and clients to feel confident that work will continue as normal as best as we can, given the current circumstances. We have a duty of care to maintain a healthy and secure working environment, and we all have a duty of care to each other to maintain healthy communities. All at DBS are taking the extra precautions required to ensure we can continue to provide our usual services.
The very nature of Covid-19 means that any appropriate actions today could change dramatically in the future and we will, of course, keep everyone fully up to date on any significant changes.
We thank you all for your continued support.
We all like receiving parcels – today 4 large boxes of new workwear for the team arrived, this will take the girls a few hours bagging up kits for distribution to the operatives!!
DBS are really pleased to have been audited on our approach to Health and Safety out on site and the processes we have in place, so we can now proudly say we are ‘Approved’ on the SafeContractor Scheme
Dangers change constantly on building sites and DBS are proud of the dedication shown by its teams at limiting and removing risks whenever they are envisaged or flagged up.
Passing the audit doesn’t mean it is all over, this is just the begining, Lets all as a team continue the great work and together make our sites a safer place to work.
2019 was a very busy and good year for DBS and it’s teams. We moved into a new office, took on new staff and expanded the services we offer our clients. We had some fabulous new tradesmen joining our workforce and also increased our van fleet by another 2 vehicles – here is to a great 2020 which has certainly started off nice and busy !!
2020 should finally (read hopefully) see our office team dedicate some time to update our website and social media presence, giving quick overviews of the great variety of work being carried out by DBS
We had the end client visit site this week to do an inspection – Keep visiting here to see the completed project completed by the fantastic DBS teams !!
Here is what we started with at the start of the year !!
A great evening was had by all last week, and what a fun night it was with ‘Big Barry’ from EastEnders running the show – DBS were pleased to sponsor the event and the GYN table who were the Directors Choice Winners for 2019 – Well done guys
The school summer holidays are due to start in the UK which is always a busy time in the construction industry. This is always a trying time with many projects starting and wanting to be completed before students return to their education – here is to a successful summer for DBS’s many teams that will be applying their skills to the fullest !!
DBS would like to welcome Jasmine to the web team.
Jasmine will be assisting me in updating the DBS Blog, website and our Social Media in general, hopefully at more frequent intervals than I have managed so far.
Here is to some great Updates !!
